They timeshare marketing at resort. After only one day of stay I was offered a deal to tour their resort...After going over details and getting a timeshare slot I thought it would go smooth.. They convinced there was no way I could cancel my spot and if I did they would charge the cancelation fee to my room. I prepaid for my stay.. After going anyway after a bad judgements call... the booking agent managed to give me the wrong address.. We went over this address twice and she told me it was correct. After the bad adress from the agent and a bad Uber driver...One Hour later I'm out $67 and because of the confusion they no longer wanted to honor my spot.. Spot was canceled and I'm out $67 ...Called to Management no compensation what so ever...A waste of time and money do yourself a favor and stay at the hotel and enjoy your stay....Never again!

The staff was friendly and very accommodating. We were able to check in very early, and check out late. 😀 It was a clean and relaxing atmosphere. Two beds/two baths ,full kitchen, washer/dryer, TVs in every room, dining room/living room with a balcony. BBQ grills available for use. Great for a family vacay. The activities center is nice. The pools and hot rubs are great! My family loved the mini golf- it is a very nice course. It is very close to shops, Wal-Mart, and restaurants. The hospitality is awesome!

This hotel was located in a great spot that put me at a close distance to family and friends. The Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room/villa was amazing! I must've not seen all the pics online - this was equipped with a kitchen and utensils, etc. I enjoyed the pool - huge pool! Ample parking. The accommodations were just super! I have raved about this hotel to others! Thank you!

Quiet! Just far enough away from the congestion of the theme parks but still a short drive. The room was clean, spacious, and the amenities were as listed. The kitchen was stocked with all serving utensils and dishes, along with pots and pans for food prep. Having a washer/dryer in the unit was a lifesaver for our family!

The staff was absolutely amazing ! Between the front desk lady , to the other staff that chimed in with my questions , amazing customer service! They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was exceptional!
